 Pilios-Dimitris Stavrou is Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology. He holds a bachelor phychology from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, a research based master degree in Psychology from the University of Picardie Jules Verne (France), a doctorate in Research Methods in Clinical Psychology from the University of Sorbonne-Paris Descartes (Institute of Psychology, Laboratory of Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology grade "high honors") and a european doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Picardie Jules Verne, France (Laboratory of Applied Psychology, grade: "high honors with jury's congratulations"). 

He collaboratores with the cross institutional postgraduate program of the School of Medicine of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens "Mental Health of the children and Adolescents" and "Strategies for Developmental and Adolescents Health" as well as with Hellenic open University as a Collaborating Teaching Staff.

His research interests focus on understanding, predicting and alleviating psychological disorders of individuals, families and groups with adolescents and adults as the target group.

His scientific work has been published in reputable international and greek scientific journals, he has participated in collective works and he has edited independent publications. He actively participates in international and greek conferences with oral presentations, many of which are pablished.
