Erasmus+ is the EU funding programme for education, training, youth and sport 2021-2027. Erasmus+ combines previous funding programmes in the sector, including the Lifelong Learning Programme (Comenius, Leonardo, Erasmus, Grundtvig and Transversal Programmes), Youth in Action and five international cooperation programmes (Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Alfa, Edulink and the programme for cooperation with industrialised countries.

CIVIS is a European Civic University formed by the alliance of nine leading research higher education institutions across Europe.

Courses in the Department of Psychology are taught in Greek. However there are special arrangements for Erasmus+ and CIVIS students with no sufficient knowledge of Greek language. Also, the Modern Greek Language Teaching Centre of the University offers Greek language courses to incoming students. Students who have succeeded in the examinations at the end of each semester obtain 6 ECTS credits.

Orientation Days for the Erasmus and CIVIS incoming students are organized at the beginning of each semester.

The Erasmus policy statement is available for download. Further information for Erasmus+ and CIVIS incoming students can be found at the website of the Directorate of Public and International Relations. The Department of European and International Relations provides information and support to all incoming students, so that they can be active members of our university community.
