It is strongly suggested to all incoming students to attend the Orientation Day, as it is an important step for starting the Erasmus period at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA).

During the Orientation Day students are pre-registered and they are given the Certificate for the Admission as an Erasmus Student, which is necessary for the enrollment in their respective Departments.  They also receive information concerning their stay and their studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

In addition, the incoming students will get acquainted with the Greek students of the ESNKapa Organization and will have the opportunity to discuss with them about practical matters and also to obtain the ESN Card.

The Orientation Day takes place at the main building of the University [Propylaia], 30 Eleftheriou Venizelou str. (ex Panepistimiou) twice per year.

If a student arrives after the Orientation Day, they must report first to the Erasmus Office of the International Relations Department in order to register and obtain the Certificate for the Admission as an Erasmus student, and then proceed with the enrollment in the chosen Department.
