Erasmus+ is the EU funding programme for education, training, youth and sport 2014-2020. Erasmus+ combines previous funding programmes in the sector, including the Lifelong Learning Programme (Comenius, Leonardo, Erasmus, Grundtvig and Transversal Programmes), Youth in Action and five international cooperation programmes (Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, Alfa, Edulink and the programme for cooperation with industrialised countries.

Courses at our Department are taught in Greek. However there are special arrangements for Erasmus Students with no sufficient knowledge of Greek language. The Modern Greek Language Teaching Centre of the University offers Greek language courses to incoming Erasmus students. Students who have succeeded in the examinations at the end of each semester obtain 6 ECTS credits.

The Department of European and International Relations provides information and support to all incoming students, so that they can be active members of our university community.

Orientation Days for the Erasmus incoming Students are organized at the beginning of each semester. See the Guide for Erasmus Incoming Students
